We worked with President of Ad Sales to realign ad sales executive incentives, create common practices in media sales from the Up Fronts through planning to billing; We launched digital strategies for publishing and editorial. And those are just a few of the projects across ad sales, marketing, corp planning in cable entertainment, film, news, parks and digital.

Led CC Pace's process excellence engagements to transform core operations, improve customer service and align company vision & strategy. Most of the work was focused on Financial Services and insurance in the areas of claims processing, marketing operations, fulfillment and document publishing. As an Agile coach I was involved in one of the largest Agile deployments at a Fortune 50 bank. The implementation was so successful that it was adopted in non-technology areas such as marketing. Co-Authored the master Lean Six Sigma training program for service teams and led the innovation practice for CC Pace
