Designing an epic workplace environment for a new company headquarters, leveraging video  recognition to detect security & maintenance anomalies or launching a new airline service which creates an entire ecosystem service the passenger experiences:  we architect innovation with technologies which consumerize the enterprise.

Director of corporate strategy team "Strategic Initiatives & Analysis" – SIA. With documented benefits of over $150m annually. We worked with President of Ad Sales to realign ad sales executive incentives, create common practices in media sales from the Up Fronts through planning to billing; We launched digital strategies for publishing and editorial. And those are just a few of the projects across ad sales, marketing, corp planning in cable entertainment, film, news, parks and digital.

STRATEGY & INNOVATION CONSULTANT, CC PACE

February 2006 - September 2007

Led CC Pace's process excellence engagements to transform core operations, improve customer service and align company vision & strategy.  Most of the work was focused on Financial Services and insurance in the areas of claims processing, marketing operations, fulfillment and document publishing. As an Agile coach I was involved in one of the largest Agile deployments at a Fortune 50 bank. The implementation was so successful that it was adopted in non-technology areas such as marketing. Co-Authored the master Lean Six Sigma training program for service teams and led the innovation practice for CC Pace

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, 6FootMedia

2001 - 2006

Founded a New York City creative agency which planned and executed clients’ marketing and CRM digital and linear strategies. Full service bureau for CPG, financial services and healthcare advertising campaigns, consumer-facing product literature, packaging and online solutions in eCommerce and mobility.
